    Found the details on it ( not the old O&S yard ) , good sized property along with warehouse and office /shop space.

    Every Prime Floral location has cold storage. It could make sense giving Prime a central location to distribute flowers to the central states. Everything now currently comes from three corner of the US (FL, OR, SoCal)

    Im trying to imagine any use for for that much space other than that.

    Certainly dont need that many docks or space to load transfer loads from damaged or out of service trailers.

    Maybe they dont intend to use but convert it to another use.

    That and trying to find a spot to drop your trailer is a lot of fun at times also. I have also heard they have bought new property in Salt Lake City to redo that whole yard.
