SS 60 12.7 injector issues?

Has anybody replaced injectors and had issues with them right from the get go? Replaced 6 injectors, adjusted the rack twice. Having starting issues for some reason. When it starts the first time in the morning it acts like it's starving for fuel for 1-2 seconds then fires right off. Fuel check valve on head has been replaced. Never started rough before replaceing injectors. Once the truck starts it runs just fine, pulls good, starts fine.
