    Well I started this journey into Trucking Back in December . I picked a school after a lot of research and now I have completed school and got all my endorsements and Class A. I chose Roehl out of 15 prehires and I am ready to get the training started and move ahead. If anyone has any information on what to expect at Appleton, please let me know.:biggrin_25514:

    First time poster alert! Hello everyone!

    I start at Appleton this Monday, April 9th.

    Starting to get nervous about it; the physical, more training, all the same stuff everyone on these boards obsesses about. :biggrin_2559:

    I'm excited to finally get my new career underway, though and I'm looking forward to it. If I can get through day one, it will all be downhill from there as far as my nerves are concerned. :biggrin_25523: Been laid off for 3 months and some days I get a little stir crazy, so it will be nice to be back in the world again.

    One thing you might run into at Appleton Monday is Treefork because he delivers there and will be really low on hours. lol

    I hope I get to meet you then Treefork. I am getting nervous now that it is getting close to departure time. I hope the training is as good as it sounds, The school basically teaches you how to pass the CDL test. I know the trainer is going to make all the difference in the world on how much I learn going into this. I have high hopes on doing well.

    Roy Lee! Hope you chronicle your adventure. I completely agree about barely having a CDL then going to Roehl. I've written about that elsewhere here. I'm several weeks from the CDL test and have the conditional hire to start at Appleton June 11. Thanks for your posts.
