    That is the problem now to many people don't want to be honest about the trucking industry and Im tired of listening to lies. I know our company and how hard we work for our drivers.

    You are correct. Lease purchase to reduce company labor expenses on a 1099 is not truly doing anything for drivers.
    Hire them as employees on W2, offer good health insurance, and pay them by the hour. NOW, you're doing something for the driver.

    Are you nuts its a fact that its better to work for yourself. Trumps business plans for truckers is 10 times better than a W2.
