Get used to having to complain about detention pay. Once you complain they start putting it on the check. Apparently, they see if you know you're supposed to get detention and see if you complain before they pay it. I don't have any problems anymore since complaining about it enough.

In regards to tuition reimb, talk to you DBL and if necessary, go one step above them. You should get 150 per month.

In regards to ADP reporting vs crossroads, not sure what you are talking about. Crossroads doesn't show pay info, the link for pay statements directs you to the ADP link.

Again, freight sucks right now. Keep that in mind if you get late p/u's or have to sit around for deliveries. It is very annoying but it is what it is. Hopefully it'll improve by the end of Feb or March, and if not by then, April should definitely improve.

LOL I never even look at those settlement statements. Just did though, and it looks like the only thing that appears on those were cash advances and $30 training pay for taking the workflow class.

FYI, the tuition reimbursement doesn't appear on the settlement statement, nor does it appear on your actual pay statement. For me they direct deposit the tuition reimb monthly and it's a completely separate transaction from payroll. Keep a look out on your bank statement to see if you are getting it. They also send you a message on crossroads stating that the tuition reimb was paid out.

 

I know some companies I worked for you didn't get paid detention until the company got paid. Sometimes I got it right away, sometimes 3-4 weeks away. Sometimes screwed. Just keep up with it in a book.
Most big companies have a detention person. If you don't get answers from your dispatcher after trying, go straight to the source.
