So I have nearly 500 bucks in pilot points stolen from me, found a recent receipt on my app using my points for a hell of a purchase in Oklahoma. I am a local driver in the Carolinas. Any one else have this happen?

I agree 100% with kemosabi49. Call Pilot immediately before too much time elapses. I'm sure when they check your account number it was a mistake on their part. Hard to believe you can lose 500 points because of someone else.

This is not 500 points. It is 50,000 points, $500.00 worth.

I'm so sorry! I'll remember to clean my glasses next time. Now it's worth calling the troops to get them back. I hope they have a real good reason and explanation for this one. Can't trust Pilot.

Let us know how this works out. Seeing as you are local and probably fuel at only a few locations, you shouldn't have any problem showing it wasn't you that used the points. But it is the Pilot so good luck there.

I've lost points before...I think some cashiers use them..Now if there's enough points to pay for a purchase I use them..

You deff can. Work at a pilot and tonight a couple came in with Someone else’s barcode for rewards couldn’t even tell us the name on the reward card. Never see them buy fuel or come in other to use points from different cards. When we caught on we refused service until their id would match the name on the cards. The girl has a mans card named John and couldn’t tell us the name

Cashier at a pilot in TX stole $200 in points when I was home in TN....

Corporate checked the video for that store and the time and found the Cashier that did it...

She got a free ride downtown and my points were back on my card in2 days

Yep, I got snagged for 800 bucks. 3 purchases, all candy bars, potato chips, skull caps, just crap. I asked " wouldn't that throw some kind of flag?" Nope, apparently not. Good news is I got them back, cuz every time you're at the counter your picture is taken and they could see it wasn't me. Said the worst thing to use is the kiosk for some reason.
