Storm strands hundreds

Duh, but I gots 4 wheel drive. I can get through anything in my SUV or Subaru. Bloody idiots.

 

Yes some have 4 WHEEL drive and NO BRAINS , watched CHCH news from Hamilton last night , had a trucker giving pics and phone call from HWY 402 , he was prepared ( food , water , ) but a lot of others were not.

 

The morons that drove past the barriers should be given a choice, stay there and find your own way out or pay for all the rescuers and equipment going out to get them. We got over 2 feet of snow here in the last day and a half and the highway I take home from work was closed with no detour, guess what everyone stayed off it. Common sense people!!!

 

Common sense is seriously lacking this day and age!

 

I love how everyone hates truckers and we are so bad and terrible at driver and such an inconvenience. Yet, WHO is called on to aid these stupid 4 wheelers? US! I am going to stop now before I say something I may regret. LOL

Although I do hate the hypocritical attitude of many car drivers. I would still help out to save someone from freezing to death if I could. Maybe one small thing at a time will change some of these poor attitudes.
