Why don't you just start applying, if you are sitting around and got time, it won't hurt to just apply.

honestly even though i want it bad enough the way my luck is ill get rejected and i cant justify driving for carolina for three years and starving. I can stay home making slave wages at the burger joint and starve. i know its my own fault but cmon im limited to a select few of horrible companies because of 1 non moving violation? but its the story of my life. made my bed now im laying in it. time to go back to square 1

Which burger joint pays $800.00 a week? That's not slave wages. Even with a minimum wage of $15.00 an hour and 40 hrs. work flipping burgers is only $600.00 a week. Many new drivers working for mega carriers don't make that.
I don't understand it because I've never been unemployed, so I have trouble relating to some people.
My first trucking job paid 8 1/2 cents per mile and we had to unload the trailers and paid $10.00 for that. Worst trucking company in the USA. I hated it, but in my situation just dealt with it and used it as a stepping stone to where I really wanted to be. I wish Carolina Cargo had been around then because I would have jumped at the chance to run coast-to-coast pulling reefers and gained that experience.

You're taking what one guy said as gospel and spreading it like wildfire. You're essentially lying about something you know nothing about. This is why I swear you're a paid shill for these scumbags at Carolina Cargo. ONE GUY said he made $800 a week. Every other person on this board that had gone there has said the same thing, they aren't making close to that and teamed up with another felon.

Lying doesn't benefit me one way or another. I'm not the one looking for a job. I no longer have to work and I didn't get in this position by working for some crap company like Lessors.
I just made that statement to get your blood pressure to boiling. Really, I don't care what anyone on here thinks of my posts. I get bashed on here often by the geniuses that drive trucks for a living and have nothing positive to contribute to drivers looking for help. If all you geniuses that bash me are so smart, you woudn't be spending your life driving trucks with all the rest of us scumbags. You're smarter than we are, so why are you here?

I don't bash your posts because you help a lot of people out. I told you I think you're a good dude. But I really question the motivation of sending everyone Carolina Cargo's way. They are truly a scumbag company if there was one, they really take advantage of people's situations. They do more harm than good, a lot of these guys out of jail need a chance, not to be treated like second class citizens, which is what CC does.

So, where should the guy go? Sometimes there's no other choice if he wants to drive. I wish you and the others that bash me would instead give some trucking company names to these guys that are down on their luck. I'd work there in a heartbeat if no other choice; wouldn't give it a second thought. I've worked for worse, so I don't think Carolina Cargo is bad at all because it depends on where a person is coming from. One man's trash is another man's treasure.
