Good luck finding a decent company to work for during the next 2 to 6 years. Insurance Companies FROWN on suspended licenses for any reason. 3 tickets in 1 year indicates a basic disregard for the law, and may indicate careless/reckless behavior they are unwilling to underwrite.

The decent jobs should go to decent drivers. Ones who obey the law and drive safely.

Your assuming he an unsafe driver cause he gotten 3 tickets. Does that really mean he unsafe? Good Cop, Bad Cop, they are out there.......

I once had gotten 3 tickets in a year. But 2 if you looked at the facts you would say why did I get a ticket? Heard of Bad cops? In a truck top speed 72 MPH and hated small hills much less Mountains, hard to pull them. Got pulled over on I 77 said I was doing 77 in a 70. Thats in a 72 MPH Truck. Less than a year later, doing 55 in a 55. Got pulled over said I was doing 68. other times I had been nabbed in Texas for running a yellow light after I passed my no return point, charge with running a red light, and that happen once more in Ga. Both times light just turned yellow prior to me going under, no time to stop.

Sometime things just happen that is out of our control, so why judge a person? It can happen to you, would you want him or her say that about you?

Having 3 tickets in one year indicate he could be an unsafe driver?
    In a word; YES.
I have had three speeding tickets since I first started driving in 1973. And only ONE in over 15 years of driving a Big Truck.
Other tickets were for real minor stuff, lights/seat-belt ect. Once got a ticket for failure to make a required right turn (1976)

Don't you know by now that some of this forum's members are completely innocent of ever breaking any laws and therefore have the right to pass judgment on everyone?

I don't know what sort of problems you will have, and I'm not going to criticize you for what happened. All I can say is good luck. There are companies out there who will hire you, but they're not the most respectable. That doesn't mean you have to sign a contract in blood with them and stay there the rest of your days as a driver. You might have to stick it out for a few years until things fall off your record. Just keep your nose as clean as possible in the meanwhile.

Was your license actually suspended within the past 3 years? I'm studying for my CDL Temporary Instruction Permit and found this in the manual:

What you need to do it learn how to capitalize and how to punctuate.
