It will not work on wabash trailer , floor has wider centerline than dieselboss broom cutout.

Battery Powered Leaf Blower Got one on each of my trucks, works great charges fast, never gets a handle broken. $150 at Lowes or Home Depot, work really good if you have pallet debris that is large just pick it up by hand but it dries the floors if they are wet cant hardly beat it and even the laziest of drivers aren't too lazy to just blow out a trailer

The only time it doesn't work right is if it's really windy outside and the dirt blows out and right back in...but I agree, I got the $90 B&D 20 volt from Lowe's. Best investment I ever made

Yeah that's true but it sure is nice to walk into the front of the trailer flip a switch and pretty much walk to the back of the trailer and u are done ! Haha makes life easier than sweeping those pesky floors out and having to force a broom down in there to sweep debris and breaking handles and all that mess.

I enjoy the comfort and the relaxation of using my corn broom. But, that's just me.

60' air hose with quick connect, same one i use to air up tires. Then i have a air nozzle with a 4' steel 3/16" extension. Stick the air hose up thru the front drain hole, attach the air nozzle and blow out as i walk to the rear.
I have to have the air hose so why not use it and no bulky leaf blower to store.
Of course, the air line is hooked to the tractor air supply so you have to run the truck while using it to keep up the air pressure, but it only take 10-15 minutes from start to finish.

One day I will have my own reefer. Ths reefer will have a 75 to 100 gallon water tank hanging from the bottom of the trailer just like the fuel tank hangs. It will be empty most of the time.

When I get past the last scale house (loaded) or empty that is when I would fill it up at the truck stop fuel island with water. Also suspended up under the trailer will be a small but powerful pressure washer adn 100feet of pressure washer hose and about 25 feet of 5/8 garden hose.

Gravity feed the water from tank to pressure washer, fire pressure washer up and use actual pressurized water to blast out the interior of the reefer just like the washout guys do.

With a bucket of soapy water and a soft wash broom, can also wash the exterior of the TT to keep a pro appearance. Figure $500 bucks tops, would pay for itself within a few loads especially those loads where you didn't have to go 50 miles the other way for the washout just to come back the other way adding enormous deadhead miles and eating up the 70 hours clock.

    Everett Thanks this.
