    Finish your contract with Swift, then move on to another company that pays better.
    You won't regret trucking after 6 - 12 mos. when you have more options.
    For example, this company pays salary of $1250 a week. You need 12 mos. experience to work there.

    The turnover rate is because so many leave the first company they work for hoping for something better.
    Which does not always happen, so they leave again hoping for... and so on.
    Some of them return to the first company because it was actually better there.

    Yes... expectations.
    Don't set them so high that you will never be satisfied, and don't set them so low that you will never be fulfilled.
    That is a fine line, to be sure.
