You won't regret trucking after 6 - 12 mos. when you have more options.
For example, this company pays salary of $1250 a week. You need 12 mos. experience to work there.

Which does not always happen, so they leave again hoping for... and so on.
Some of them return to the first company because it was actually better there.

Yes... expectations.
Don't set them so high that you will never be satisfied, and don't set them so low that you will never be fulfilled.
That is a fine line, to be sure.

 

And the cents per mile is not always the most important aspects to consider.

That's true; accessorial pays are more important.

 

Magnum Ltd. also pays well; drivers there make $1000 - $1500 weekly.
