Yes if YRC didn't get the 700 million bail out from the government they would not be here today. Plus the Billion they owe banks and they keep selling terminals just to keep the lights on.

I worked at Sysco when they had Tim Hortons doing shuttle. We pulled the turnpike doubles to Syracuse and back every night. They hire you to fire you there. The Buffalo yard isn't bad but it's a toxic company to work for. In the long run life did you a huge favor not getting on with them.

Do you have any pictures of that truck and trailer? What truck was? Regular tandem axle and sleeper and 45' or 48' reefer trailer?

International sleeper units that were leased from a dealership in Nashville.
Reefer trailers were 48' and 53' refrigerated trailers.
All equipment was white in color; trucks & trailers.
    No doubles were used.
I ran coast to coast. For those of us that ran coast to coast, the company used CH Robinson for freight. The reason the company used CH Robinson is because the trucks were never stuck anywhere; even Florida. We were never stuck in Florida or California or anywhere else.
