Teams, one with no experience

I know of two, but they're both starter companies.
The rules have changed and everyone must have formal training through a company registered with the FMCSA.
@brian991219 can explain that much better than I can.

All new CDL applicants must complete the required entry level driver training provided by a registered training entity. This can be a CDL school or a motor carrier's internal program, but it must be provided by a registered provider.

After the OP's spouse has completed the required entry level training and has their CDL then it is up to the individual motor carrier that hires them when the finishing training will look like. So for the OP to train their spouse the spouse will first have to complete a CDL program then they could do the finish training, if the hiring company allows.

If they want to do all the training then they would need to get with a company that is set up as a registered ELDT provider and be the instructor, otherwise they will not be able to do the classroom, range and on road portion of the training. That will be hard to find a company that will allow that.

 

Maybe try to work something out with KLLM or CR England. They're both coast-to-coast reefer outfits with training programs.
Maybe be a trainer with either and train your wife.
