People lose their skills , if they ever had them. Insurance issues will be a major sticking point. You mess up , you are insured. The car driving its self who gets sued? You ? But I was not driving . Insurance says we cover you driving , but you were not driving , so you are not covered. The manufacturer? We were not driving . Going to come back on you personally? Without your insurance company? Now think about some of the judgements juries hand out. Answers we do not have .bottomdumpin Thanks this.

Wait, so do the Tesla electric motor use magnets as torque?
Some engineer/physicist on YouTube put an equation about the amount of electricity needed to haul 80,000lbs. I think it’s around 1 million watts lol.KB3MMX and Hegemeister Thank this. -

How long you worked for them. I remember a program where they had (infra-red maybe) sensors checking exhaust smoke on highway on-ramps and were ticketing excessive polluters. What happened to that?

Three years in October. The last two months, I worked for Denver International Airport. All the time before that was for Public Works.
You're talking about the Rapid Screen system, which is a state program, not a C&C of Denver one. They're still around. If your vehicles gets scanned by two different ones within an eight hour period and passes, you get a letter in the mail which exempts you from having to go to an emissions testing center to have your emissions done prior to registering a vehicle or renewing a registration.Bill51 Thanks this.
