    I just want to say thanks to everybody for all the great information I've found on this site. I actually came here thinking I might find something better than what I currently have, but I'm starting to see that I have it pretty good. I drive for Publix. For those of you that don't know, that's a supermarket chain in the southeast. Paid training, home every night, good equipment, and from what I've seen, I make good money considering I've only been driving 9 months.

    Better stay where you are; those jobs are hard to find.
    Publix has been brought up on this forum before and we have been told they don't hire drivers off the street; that you must start in the warehouse; is this correct.?
