The dreaded 90

Fast forward to 7/6/17 I aced all parts of the test. Crazy, shortly after I made this thread it somehow came to me and I was popping that thing in there back to back to back. Can't wait to begin my new journey as a driver.

I started school the end of March and most things have been going well. At first I couldn't even keep the thing running let alone do a straight back. Today I'm 100% confident in almost all my maneuvers except the dreaded 90/alley dock. I'm just to inconsistent with it. When I do get in I don't know what I did right to get it in and when I don't I don't k ow what I do wrong. Only thing left is for me to drive with the 53 box attached since I just got the shifting down with just the tractor. My pre trip is legit, straight back piece of cake, off set is phenomenal, shifting is decent solid but this 90 is inconsistent as ever. Monday I'm good tues-thurs I suck Friday it's meh. Any advice or tips u use to get in there?

I have a job lined up at dayton freight but I need to be done within the next 2 weeks, please help.

LOL By looking at the thread title, I thought that you were referring to going through Chicago Downtown in a rush hour.

You get 2 or 3 pull ups. Use 1 to turn that 90° back into a 45° back. Also make sure your tandems stay in the same spot for now. A couple guys I was in school with liked to move them around. It changes things and you're like What In The... the 1st time they get you.
