I did truckload local where it was always drop and hook, usually in the same door (so had to drop loaded, pickup empty, drop empty, pickup loaded, drop it, then pickup empty again). It was corrugated boxes to manufacturers.

Drop and hooked trailers in a week: 55
    Hours: 48
    Weekly miles: 300

Wish by back could still handle it.
6 fuel delivers a day was standard. Spent half the day slinging hoses and the other half fighting traffic. Odd that I actually miss that.

9 hrs worked per day this week 6 days 54total hrs, 1hr 30min BT from the lot to the Aldi DC and Back. Trailers are pre loaded since I’m just helping on the account, unload 23/26 pallets of food and bring back backhuals/dunage unload it and BT back to my lot. Most Aldi stores I go to are no more then 2 hrs away from the DC. Past 2 weeks I’ve gone to the same 6 stores for my routes.

OK here's what Jimy and I did this week
    Zero hours
    Zero loads
100 miles just riding around for the heck of it.
No we're not on vacation, the truck is getting painted.
