Don't know what would happen, but I think just to live with it unless you are doing something illegal?

Possible repercussions? Who knows. I suppose it depends on the company. Why don't you ask your safety department. I'm sure they'd be happy to provide an answer.

But if I had to guess, I'd say verbal/written warning 1st time and immediate dismissal [for failure to obey company policy] the second time?

Of course you can but if your company put the camera in there you could be disciplined or fired for blocking it.

Smear some fifth wheel grease on the lens if you feel you must block it. That way it will look like it might just be an accident that it is blocked and not deliberately blocked by you but it is probably best to leave it alone and find another company to work for if you can't deal with having a driver camera.

Tape the #### thing see about the yelling later.

Or a bad fuse... savvy? It's fed by power. Find it and kill it. Might lose a few other things...

My solution is simply never to hire on to a company with that kind of survillance. My cab, my house and office. Im NOT someone you need to watch snore in that bunk or seat.

Take a picture of Mr. One Eye and hang it in front of the lens while job hunting for a better company.

Chances are that companies installing driver-facing cameras will fire you for blocking driver-facing camera.

i thought that those cameras only came on in some sort of event, like hard braking? maybe a quick turning of the steering wheel?

can you just hang your baseball cap on it?

the very worst they can do to you, hang you at high noon, in the public square.

if they fire you, oh well, don't you do that again bad boy...!!!
