I'd say by your info your on the right track. If it hazes cold till hot your prob retarded on the timing. Your high boost is a indicator of that also. How does it sound?? Any cackle at all? If it's very quiet with hardly any cackle your retarded.
Your water temps are cool because of the turbo flowing so much air .
I bet your egts are warm thou , another indicator of retarded timing.
Timing issue (maybe) 1993 mack E-7

Brettj3876 Thanks this.

Well with only 1500mi on it, it sounds pretty smooth at idle. Not clanking and rattleing. The pyro never gets above 950 and water temps haven't really been over 180. Before it was rebuilt with just the blixxton opening the rack more my dad would see 1100 on the pro.

We now know its acting like that cus the 350 mapping. 1st time we fired her up I told him its still programmed for a 350 but nope nope nope he said LOL. He goes well i guess the electronics arent as crude as I thought. so we need ordered a pro link 9000 and we need a new blank ecu and have 454 file uploaded. there's a million miles on the P pump and already replaced number 6 delivery valve so I said why not have it rebuilt at 20% over stock specs. then everything will be new. trans was done last summer RTOO 14613 only complaint is in the big hole she whines a lot but my dad knew it would. Mr track suit and flip flops would kill that trans within a month. You dont split em like the new 13/18s
Im gonna pay to have it dyno'd im betting 550hp maybe even more with some pump work.not running right it pushes 40psi so im betting 44-47 171702 is the turbo. the 99 is a 460 with 4.42s and injectors (rolls coal its not suppose to LOL) and the 93 puts it to shame.
I'm so grateful that i get to drive the last of the "real trucks". I wish i could of met my dads father but he passed before my time and at 21 my dad bought the 71 F model from dad and 40ft reefer and became a gypsy chasing produce in 1982 trip lease and lie about his age most agents wanted 25 or older. started out on a shoe string try doing that now LOL. Did local P&D in north jerz/nyc basically working for the mob. Pay to get a dock petty cash youd get it back. one of the guys was in debt so he ran money for the mob. then the same thing when he ran steel down to the city. you didnt cross the gw or you risked getting lumped up or worse. joining the 282 him and half dozen others said it was like a scene from the god father LOL. In 02 when he left most were locked up for racketeering and it was under govt supervision.Last edited: Nov 10, 2018

@wore out we got a heck of a deal on a rebuilt 427 pump and econovance for 600 on ebay. My dad couldn't pass it up seeing as it cost 2500 to rebuild a P pump alone. Fingers crossed this solves our problems. And with the pro-link and computer program from mack we can see exactly whats going on with it.

I thought the pumps were the same? Or are you thinking that yours is bad?

I don't know what to believe. One book we have says the E-7 250-400hp are 16.9 compression with same pump and injectors. Its for 1993 year model. My dad doesn't think its right either. 16.5 and 15.3 is all we keep seeing online. Its hard to find the correct info if you even find any at all.
Another thing we found is the lower horse ones had a little more advanced timing throughout the rpm range. The pro link will tell us more of what's going on. Maybe it's a bad vmac module. This weekend were gonna chase wires around
