First off count heads in there first hour.

Count how many are gone by lunch. Do this each day of your orientation. =)

I'm impressed george is still there. Last i had heard was Randy K was doing orientation.

George is funny, but watch out for his traps. He likes to test you into slipping up and being unprofessional. If you have free time, make sure your tests and paperwork are caught up. George is is fun to be around, but its all a test

    Quick update.

Yesterday day we didn't get back to the hotel until 9pm. The day consisted of finishing up work on the PC, backing on the yard and simulators. Today 05/16/18 we are going over hours of service and then testing on it.

They arent bad, so long as you can put up with hand holding, and you're willing to sit back and let you're dispatcher run your truck. I fired my dispatcher after 4 months and catching him lying to me about load availability.

Ok the first week consist of learning hours of operation, logs/Qualcomm, doing paperwork taking general knowledge test. Thursday you meet Gunny and are briefed on load securement via PowerPoint. Today 5/18/2018 we go hands on with load securement. Load securement is very interesting.
