Lots of info can be learned from the search feature up top.

Some guys like it there. Some don't. I made it 6 months to the day with them. My fleet manager and I we're not compatible. Neither one for that matter. Money was ok. Home time was a major issue for me at that time. They didn't seem to care. (This was well over a decade ago). There's newer info to be had on this forum though.

I am a driver for TMC.
I can only speak to my experience
I am home every Friday (right around noon) and I leave the house every Sunday usually about 10AM
My pay checks are normallly range from 1500 to 2000 a week.
Your relationship with your fleet manager is a big part of it. If for some reason, if you don’t like your FM you always have the option to fire them and get another one.
I have talked to current driver and past TMC drivers. Everyone has a story. I have a few of my own, but I stuck it out and things always seemed to work out.
Where ever you end up. Give it at least a year if you’re a rookie. Most companies won’t touch a rookie without a years experience. The ones that will, will want you to go thru their training process which means you’re back to making training pay again.
It’s trucking. Contrary to popular belief there is a whole lot more involved than just driving a truck to be successful in this career.
If you put the time in, learn time management and how to work efficiently, you will be very successful.
    Good luck..
