TMC

iam thinking of going to tmc can anyone help me should I or not I live in nc

 

Do they offer what your looking for in a company? If they don't then you shouldn't and if they do go for it.

 

I would't pick TMC if they did have female trainers. There trucks are shop but slow. Anyways if you choose % pay you will get long miles with a cheap haul. Also if you choose miles they will give you short miles and expensive loads. Thats how they lure you in, a good friend of mine use to work there and now he doesn't for that reason.

 

I worked there as my other posts have shown and im calling BS on this. I made good money there once I got a decent fleet manager.

that being said. they are saving money from the drivers? overall is it really worth it you think? i was offereed a dedicated position from p&s avg $1250 a wk and dedicated run from OHIO to NY. if you were me and love to flatbed how would that sound?

 

If the benefits are pretty standard, I would jump on it. But that's me. I like knowing what I will be doing tomorrow.

 

yeah benefits are great. they say $107 for vision health and dental

 

Thats possible, but if almost all drivers choose percentage then they cant play that game. Right?

 

About 80% at tmc choose %.least that was the number when i was there. And as trooper started, that's not always true
