I’ve always ran Michelin but seems like when they begin to wear down to about the last 25-30k miles left chunks start breaking off on the last two sets I’ve had, although I think it’s still safe but it does look bad and I always worry about a roadside inspection and getting out off service, so I was just curious if anyone that has run another brand and had real good luck out of them? Thanks in advance.

Michelin and Continental would be my top 2 picks for a mostly pavement pounder.

    At least you have choices.

My Diesel motorhome has a 20k front axle so the only choice is Michelin 365 70 22.5. Sometimes those are impossible to find.

On my heavy Volvo 770 Michelin lasts over 150k, Yoko 101zl 130k, Bridgestone, Continental, Firestone all lasted only 80k miles

    cke and JLT Thank this.
