Gotta change out a couple worn bushings on one of my torque bars. Question is, do they simply slide out once the bolts are removed? Or are they pressed in? Just want a heads up for possible issues before i tackle it this wkend.

Depends of the suspension. Some you have to press out, depends on your application. Have a torch handy just Incase they’re stuck.
Muddydog79, skellr and Cattleman84 Thank this. -
Got an ag380. They are not the tapered bushings. Thanks for the reply

I’m only familiar with Pete and the old KW Glide ride bushings. Someone else will chime in eventually.

Unfortunately, you have to replace the whole torque rod with original rods on AG380/Flexair. If you go with aftermarket Atro rods, you can rebush those.
-
So you cant rebush the original rods on an ag 380? I did have a hard time finding the part number for those bushings, and the dealership only had the whole rod with bushings already in place, and could not find a part # for just the bushings. If they are not replaceable then that would explain that i guess. I was trying to go the cheap 30$ bushing route vs the 250$ rod.

$250 a rod, someone is gouging you.

This is for AG380 and has replaceable bushings.Muddydog79 Thanks this. -
That would be the dealer lol. Im going to shop around now that i know they aren't re-bushable. Are you 100% sure?
-
Yes, it you look at them them they crimp the ends to prevent bushing walk. I have replaced quite a few and tried to find a bushing for replacement but couldn't find any offered.
