In the SE a good pete starts at 30 normally, maybe down as low as 25 now. I see clapped out ones for 15-20 and they sell.

The cynic in me, Doubts that It even Exists............& OP is a Troll......Socal Xpress and Dave_in_AZ Thank this. -
I think it exists.
The business man in me would take the trucker me out to a field some place and beat me within an inch of my life if I threw 40 U's at something like that. -
IF it was in the mint condition claimed, it's worth every bit of 35/40. But that's a BIG if.
If I could find a 379 extended hood, no newer than 2000 with a ddec iv in it id pay 40 if it was in good shape. Problem is they are all beat up work trucks with show truck price tags.
Edit to add: before anyone jumps to conclusions, my model year choice has nothing to do with wanting to be on paper logs. 2000 was the last year of the dash board I like.Last edited: Feb 21, 2020
Big_D409, Long FLD and Dave_in_AZ Thank this. -
Well to be clear it was also the last year of those loose leafs i like.

Same hos regs if paper or electronic. And im a strong proponent of logging exactly how you drive.

Do we have any actual info proving the truck and poster are legit?
