I just bought an old Kentucky trailer and, it needs the back doors BAD. The doors are 3/4 plywood with aluminum skin outside and in, maybe 24-26 gauge? Are there any better options than plywood? The doors are 48X119 so big box plywood is out of the question. I have seen some honeycomb panels that would be great, not finding any place the sells small quantities.

I don't thank so. Get mine straight from Great Dane. Those are called plymetal doors. Standard is aluminum but they are available in flat or pleated stainless.
Look for a distributor near you. Look at other trailers about molding, the door seals, there a several options.
