I’m looking at some trailers and had a few questions.

1. Single point suspension vs hutch spring on log trailer, Which is better and why?

2. Fixed neck lowboy, big tires (22.5) or small tires (17.5) and why?

Solid mounted walking beam will offer more stability and better suspension articulation. Will be a rougher ride but if you're on rough bushroads most of the time you probably wouldn't notice. Air ride is getting more popular these days though. Actually kind of rare to see any logging truck out this way with anything but air ride.
