    Starting February 6th, 2012, all students will only have to have 120 hours btw (behind-the-wheel) time. After completing their upgrade they are REQUIRED, to team for 8 weeks. After which, they have the option of running solo.

    Guessing the training department said 150 hours was a waste or they're now trying to hire teams. Hoping that when they "force" people to team that they will after their 8 weeks are up.

    I would almost think a minimum of 3 weeks. It could take more, and if you are very lucky you could do it in less but not likely.

    yep, I'll take all the training I can get.. There's nothing worse than starting a new job especially of this caliber with barely any training.
