Hi , I am looking for photos to show me where all the grease points are on my Super 10. Feeling around in the dark has not helped. I might have even put my hand on one but not sure. If no photos then a detailed map(IE; put hand here, move up x amount, feel towards front...........) would be nice.... Thanks All

There are only 3 grease zerks on a tranny. One is the throw out bearing that will usually have a whip hose and zerk hanging out the adjusment cover. If not just remover the cover and give it 3-5 pumps at most. The other 2 are for the throw out bearings cross shaft. The zerks are on the sides of the bellhousing about 1/2 way up. Many times these two zerks are turned the wrong way and never get greased...this is a bad thing. give these zerks a about 5-6 pumps. Some trucks will actually have a grease bank with 5 or more zerks located up on the driverside frame rail behind the steer tire. The grease bank will have whip hoses running from the zerks back to the zerks so you don't have to crawl under it. I know on my Pete there are also zerks for the actual clutch linkage and I have no idea if Internationals have them or not.
7mouths2feed Thanks this. -

i think the experience we get in jamaica wit trucks is second to non, how many people here have ever been under thier rig?

I remember my first time feeling around in the dark for the fitting...

I was to embarrassed to ask for a map though...
The one I was dealing with had been serviced recently... makes it alot easier...
You just know your in the right place when you feel something wet and sticky... just be sure to wash your hands soon after... sometimes they have a bad smell

This can be taken and used in way to many ways.
:smt119 I think I'm just gonna walk away and leave it alone...

Are there 3 grease fittings on the 2014 Cascadia model as well? I asked a lube guy earlier, he said there is only one but i also spoke to a vet mechanic who told me 3 like you stated.

One for throw out bearing, none for cross shafts because uses hydraulic slave cylinder not manual linkage.

I had the mechanic show me that my clutch is not releasing. Its getting stuck to the floor, i have to pop it back up with my foot after i press it all the way in when starting. It showed first signs of getting bad only yesterday, earlier i couldn't get it out of reverse, i had to shut the truck off. I'm going to pray and limp it to a local shop in the morning. I was lucky enough to make it this far, drove it all day from wells to Sacramento. Though it drives fine, i normally float the gears, its when i have to come to a complete stop that i noticed throughout the day it kept getting worse(harder to press the clutch in and get into gear from a stop). There are a ton of shops in the immediate area and i was refered to one that could get the clutch replaced the same day for $700 labor plus the parts cost. From the little bit of research I've been able to do this afternoon that seems far.
I had thought i would get lucky and it would be as simple as what an old vet mechanic told me, just grease the clutch and bell housing fittings and you'll be good to go. Like you said it has a slave cylinder so, no side bell housing fittings. Then i noticed a bushing off and loose when the cover was off and there was only about 1-2cm gap when the clutch was pressed to the floor. So something is going on in there. I'll find out Tomorrow and hopefully also be back on the road.
Its a 2014 cascadia DD15, 10 speed eaton 515,xxx miles.
