    Attention to all my professional drivers,

    How many of you are still using trip envelopes? How many of you are using trip envelopes as a form of scanning documents via Tripscan? We are utilizing tripscan/transflo and looking for envelope samples for informational purposes with the intentions to gain insight and ideas to create our own trip envelope. If you would like to share your company's blank envelope, please inbox the image.

    I used FED EX envelopes.

    I use the Cam Scanner Android app to scan documents and email them. The trip pack (BOLs) is stuffed into the Fed Ex envelope and mailed in bi-weekly.

    I use Scanner Pro app on my iPhone. Scan bills, invoice, email to broker.

    Outside of Envelope is our coversheet.
    I use Transflo App, then put the BOLs in the Envelopes.
