If you are looking to get reward cards in advance. Make sure you get TA/ Petro, Pilot/ Flying J, and Loves.
You will go to others as well. Sapp Brothers, Oil City, AmBest etc. But those first 3 will cover you 90% of the time.
I wrote the TA/ Petro that way because they use the same card. Same with Pilot/J

 

I have no idea. They may be getting a group together to fly out at the same time. Or a van full. They had a school in Conley for a while, but that could have changed again. I am not a current driver there, so I really am not up to date on that....
Different states have different rules regarding learners permits and licenses also. A big change is coming with that soon, if it has not started already.
They are making it so you have to have your permit for several weeks before you can get your license.
Yup, just checked. It is a final rule. But will not be in effect for a while.
