Turbo over boosting!?

###### this thing is driving me crazy!! Last weekend I replaced the delta pressure sensor, immediately truck ran good the boost pressure went to normal, oil pressure normalized. I drove from Indy to Texarkana with a big smile on my face thinking I fixed it.
Monday morning in Texarkana same #### started happening! Drove over to a shop in Dallas, had the turbo actuator adjusted. Again truck is running good, whole week drove 1400 miles no problems. Tonight after leaving the truck stop as soon as I hit the onramp, I feel something is not right. Sure enough check engine light comes back on and truck drives like ####.
Any ideas, suggestions? I know if I take it back to a shop or a dealrship they will just start throwing parts at it.

 

If I was to replace the vpod will the actuator need to be recalibrated again??
