This is my first and likely last truck. I have to hold down my lever to get the turn signals to work. This normal or do I need a switch.

If you have to physically hold the lever up or down to get the turn signals to work, than your turn signal switch is defective.

Yes, I have to. The left signal was the first to fail and now the right is also. Started this shortly after getting the truck. Does the steering wheel come off these like cars and pickups do? I have always on them just push up with knees and wack nut on post

If it's the Freightshaker Century in your picture, you will need to remove the plastic trim around the steering column and then you can R&R the Multifunction Switch/Lever.

It should take about 15 min. or so to complete, or you could take it to the Freightshaker Stealership and they can fleece you for $150 labor plus parts.

Thanks, I was just looking at it and thinking I could do that. I am slowly realizing these trucks are simpler to work on than cars/pickups.You can get to stuff easier.
