I have been "Detained" several hundred times. Held Hostage as a criminal. Forced to eat local food. My company did what they could, western union was my only hope. I love to be Southern. That truck is to long for our city. $250.00 fine. Took all the inventory away from ACE Hardware. My fines vanished, It's a mistake. Got a nice room, and a pancake breakfast. Women are the salt of the Earth, there smarter than we are.

I love Charli Girl's response to one of those in the thread at http://www.thetruckersreport.com/tr...going-your-own-authority-leasing-company.html (post 11).
ev1xx10n Thanks this. -
In this economy being out of work for 8 months is nothing.
Shouldn't be hard to make any income you made in that period vanish either *whistles*
After all those guys with the carboard signs at the on ramps don't have to produce a W-2 right?
(God I'd pay money to see that though! Imagine a couple of IRS goons trying to audit a panhandler?)wyldhorses Thanks this. -
When you file your taxes, you can use the 1099 as a reference too.

Having an endorsement and knowing what to do may differ. I can drive a School bus, or a Limo but never have. I would like to drive an old Greyhound bus. Just to see what it is like.
