unlock ecu for reprogramming

does anyone know what this is? It also asks about a Vedoc's key? does anyone know where the vedocs key is located?

 

dd13 cascadia. Nothing wrong with emissions. Truck uses a fuel catalyst made by pittsburgh power. Rarely does a regen lately. I was attempting to activate the engine fan switch and also how to install a water pump that is not variable speed. Older water pump that runs at high speed, but to do so i was told to deactivate the variable speed....nothing on the parameters section and then I noticed that section and decided to ask. do you know what is for? If you tell me that i can turn the turbo into an in da house flame thrower to do a 60 second regen I would also like to ask you if you have the vedocs key so I can turn the turbo up. thanks.
