Yeah, it's not difficult at all, but like I mentioned before, starting pay rate is around $16.50 an hour or so. You won't hit that $28 until 4 years later.
Part Time dockworkers also have a seniority list as well. Most of the part timers are college kids supplementing their income while attending school, and they have no intention of sticking around. The ones that do stick around usually work anouther job or have a spouse or family members who can support them until a full time position opens.
