  • Vancouver drivers earn a base wage of $27.47 per hour (DOE), plus time and a half for overtime.
  • Safe Driving awarded at $.10 hr/ each year and subject to OT. For every year of documented safe driving you have on your record or accrue with us, we will increase your base pay $.10/hr ($.15/hr OT). This increases to $.15/hr for every year over five years of safe driving you have on your record.
