Drive lines should be in phase, rear drive line is slightly off from the main but i believe that is common for later year trucks now. Had the steer brake drums mic'ed, they're round. Going to replace all brakes and hardware in about a week. Going to replace leveling valve then also for good measure. I'll keep trying to update as it goes, hope it helps someone else also

    Search continues...

Had to replace brakes so i replaced all brake hardware and drums. Replaced drive axle shocks (steers were replaced last summer). Replaced stree axle wheel seals and bearings. Replaced leveling valve, Kenworth did the work so should be set to correct measurement. That seemed to take a little of the force oou of the vibration but it's still there and fairly strong...

Have you tried jacking the front up and just putting something up against the face of the tire and spinning it to see if its out of round? Mine was only out slightly and it shook like crazy. Centred the wheel and drum and you wouldn't know it's the same truck.

Shut the engine off and kick it out of gear on a long steep hill (somewhere in your wheelhouse where you are comfortable) and see how she feels.

I say 100% tire. No idea which one but 45 to 55 is a tire from every tire thing I have ever read ever.

Sucks! I waited 7 months to get 1/2 back from TA for a Yoko steer with 20k on it. I had to buy another in the mean time of course....after proving it was out of round.

Hard to say tire. Went about 4 months with no issue after changing stree tires. Might be drive tire but i don't understand how a drive can make the front feel like it's bouncing and chew up only the far outside edge of driver side stree
