im getting 24 volts in cab to everything lights ect... cant figure out why. Im not getting any 12 volt at all and no power to right hand side of breaker box,

Check your series-parallel switch. It might be stuck. Try and give it a smack with a rubber mallet. See if that helps.

Then when you figure out that is your problem, which it surly is, buy a new 12V starter. Through all that 12-24V stuff in the trash. It is a good update for about the same money.
