Hi guys I am having hard time solving this one. Code P20E892 and few other codes, but this is my primary concern. see image for active codes. after doing little research i came to conclusion the DEF fluid pump is not priming or pumping fluid, or Reluctant pressure sensor not working. any help would be much appreciated.

okay, the cluster isn't where you wanna look for your faults. there are different level of faults. The cluster SHOULD only throw a MIL light. Engine/Aftertreatment will throw the check engine light on your dash. So, first, without being hooked up to the truck, you PROBABLY need a DEF pump. When you turn your truck off you should hear it running. If you don't its possible a DEF pump failure happen OR you have a rub wire. Its about a 50/50 on either because no one thinks its important to run the wire harness to correct way by your tank.

I have been searching for answers, if anyone had it fixed, please, do tell.
I have the same code plus P110286.
Many say the pump. But I clear the codes and turn the engine on. When I turn it off, I hear the def pump, followed by the ticking of the def injector walking back the fluid.
After about 15 min driving, the codes come back. I only get about 3/4 engine power with threats of 5 mile derate. When I shut the engine off, NO sounds of pump or ticking.
Again, if I clear codes, I get full power and hear the pump and tickng after shut down. Only if codes are present the pump wont activate.
So how could it be the pump if its working as long as codes are clear.?
Also the P110286 is not listed in any of the Volvo d13 troubleshooting guides. But when I go online, I found some say its a bad AHI module.
Why isnt it in the book? As110286?
Could the bad ahi module affect the Def pump? Not sure.
Also, why is it called Reductant pressure? Are we talking of the DEF fluid? Or air? Why not just say low def fluid pressure
Any answers would be appreciated.
Thanks -

Read posts 8 and 10 on the Truckers Report link. Mentions batteries, connections and grounds. Also def filter. -
The issue is that most people dont come back to this forum and post what the fix was.
Thanks tho -
Well I'll answer myself...
Bad ahi module and def pump.
I bought after market and installed myself. Also replaced the coolant lines that go to DEF doser. They literally just cracked and fell off while i was tinkering. Lost some coolant before I got a bucket.
Codes gone for now.JB7 Thanks this.
