I just got this 2013 Volvo VNL 630 to drive while my truck is in the shop and I quickly found out that the front HVAC controls are not working right. The temperature is stuck on full heat and the vent position knob to change from face to feet, defrost, etc. is stuck on face mode and will not change. If you turn temp knob to all the way on cold it still blows full heat. The only knob that works out of the 3 is the fan speed. There is a code under "Climate Unit" in the diagnostics and it is MID 146 - SID 2 - FMI 3 and from what I found on the internet that is a code for a faulty evaporator temp sensor. Has anyone else had this problem? Could the temp sensor on the evaporator really cause this or if the whole HVAC control panel was bad would it throw a code or not? Is there any fuses I could check? Thanks
