If no written inspection was preformed, then no points.flood, rachi and truckdriver31 Thank this.
-
Details are important. We're you inspected?truckdriver31 Thanks this.
-
have you turned in the inspection to the company
-
Not correct , if you are given a warning ticket in a CMV , it DOES go on your PSP and your bosses CSA Score.
-
Speaking from someone who got a warning in a CMV as a CDL driver driving my own truck under my own authority so I can see my company's CSA score as well as my own it's on both of them points-wise it's insignificant however if you're working for a company they're going to have safety talk to you
baha Thanks this. -
Warning plus a road side inspection = points
Did you get an inspection ? -
No such thing as a warning ticket when talking about CSA/PSP.
If a violation was noted on a CVSA inspection form it's a violation. Period!
The LEO might choose to not give a citation, or a warning citation along with the CVSA violation, but that would be a state/local thing at that point and has nothing to do with CSA/PSP. -
I just got a warning yesterday in new York city. I even asked the cop. He said no....
Remember in your orientation? Heasre, nurse, or tow. That is the only way to get a csa score.
Know the rules before you give out fake news... -
Your a little off. A warning (or ticket) along with an inspection will be csa points for the company and psp points for the driver. No inspection means no csa points.flood Thanks this.
