    Quick obvious answer. Werner knows something and is doing it that other do not. Lots of people in lots
    of businesses are successful where other P and M and fail. Find a niche, get in it, provide service at a
    "reasonable" price. Definition of reasonable: It is not "cheap" or "quick" or "good". But give them 2 and they
    will come.
