Western Express

Read some of the threads in the western express section. I've included a link at the bottom, from what ive heard they are a second chance carrier. but again that's all just hearsay. also what kind of trucking are you looking to do? i personally want to go flatbed.

Do you have any convictions or any tickets ? Western Express will hire people who other companies wouldn't hire. Pay isn't great but it's a way into this industry.

 

Then you should seriously look into other companies. You live in a good state. Plenty of good options. I see all the time that Old Dominion is hiring up by you.

 

That's okay. OD hires new drivers. Put in your application everywhere. Some companies that require experience will overlook it if they need drivers bad. Worse thing they can say is No. In my experience, more are willing to hire you then not hire you.

Remember though, get on with a good company. Good pay and good benefits. Most people will take good pay and lousy benefits. Don't settle !
