Not a terrible company, there are worse. Drove 4 years there and had good dispatchers. They don't pay all that well but are good to earn your wings. Another good co to try would be Marten if you have any time under your belt.better pay and good home time if you stay out 3 wks. Lots don't like staying out that long but hard to make money going home every other week. I avg about 2500 miles/week and my pay is about 700-750 b4 taxes/ins. Bring about 500-550 avg home.

3 weeks of work and you only make $1500-1650 in that period??? For a road driver? If you're not making a grand a week, what's the point in being out here?

if my math is correct that's about $.25-$.30 per mile. that's rookie dry van money at a crap company type pay.

Are you really serious $750 a week Gross, I really hope your only working 2 to 3 days a week then and home the rest otherwise your giving away labor. I realize I'm spoiled now but I've been at it 26+ years but even when I started out I was running regional for a small outfit, home most weekends for a day or two and home a few nights a week and even at that I would rarely drop below $1100 a week gross.

bring vaseline. straw that broke the camels back for me, was when they told me to drive a truck saturated with the smell of cigarettes or sit in the motel for free until my truck (which i had been calling breakdown and had been routed to western yards before to have the truck "fixed" for the same thing) is truly fixed this time. i have allergies. Did the several people i talked to explaining why i can't accept the truck care, HELL NO. icing on top of the cake. i wasn't complaining that i was 8 days past the date i was supposed to be home after being out a month +. everybody walks around with a bad attitude, makes you ask "who pissed in your wheaties". when you run across some of those people who have a nasty attitude just because GOD gives us a choice and they choose to be the type of people you want to avoid. smh. but this is just my experience.
