    I think the lack of company name and lanes makes my spidy sense get all tingly. Hell of a job if its legit though. Assuming its not union

    The lack of a name also makes me suspicious, but there are company's with such requirements, that can offer such compensation.

    6500 tractors though,,,, there's a tip off, if it really is a big fleet, there are a short list that have that many and might legitimately offer such compensation.

    Let's say it is legit, no telling how long or what the requirements are to get the benefits.

    As for that fabulous starting pay, maybe you can't be in regional immediately. Could start off as an extra. Maybe that is starting pay for someone with 10yrs exp.

    Many catches.... Ask for more info, see which corporate recruiter or liar is behind it.

    "Hub and spoke regional model" indicates that it's LTL and I'm betting it's Estes. I'm usually VERY suspicious of CL ads, but I actually think this one is legit. Those average earnings are actually on the low side for an LTL linehaul driver.

    @dca Did you contact them?

    no I haven't inquired, in one hand it appears as bait for a recruiter with xx amount companies to fall back on because that job has been filled.

    this recruiter may have a few years experience listening to driver's wants and or probes trucking sites silently to gather the selling points of an ad.

    what I cant vouch for is if the employer exists in said ad. I guess won't ever know unless I ask.

    my hunch is it's bait

    typically , union companies aren't all stealthy with their identity ,, and they probably would have said it was a union job

    Regardless of whom, one way to go about this would be to inqire for said ad or better and nothing less.
