my day usually starts early and ends early (easier to find a parking spot)
when I get rolling I grab a mountain dew, a dasani, and a gatorade
for food I get a package of pop tarts, a banana, two apples, and a granola bar. the dew never lasts more then 25 miles, the pop tarts make it about 80 miles, the banana goes down the hatch by 125 miles, the apples and granola bar round out the first 200-250 miles. when I park for the evening I almost always slam a bunch of water, I may have to pee alot at night, but it keeps my body hydrated.
this really seems to work for me, it keeps something on my stomach for almost half a day. I tend to eat less most afternoon evenings. and when I got home this time I found I can wear jeans I haven't been in for 3 years hmmm......
you can lose weight being a truck driver????
