Does Roehl let you know if you are hired before bringing you to orientation, or do they wait until the last second to let you know? Thanks in advance for the info.
When is hiring decision made?

if you are going to school you are not technically hired till the last day of school. They have the ability to let you go, but this is a way to keep people who really should not be there out. Do what you need to do and you will be fine. As for experienced drivers I don't know. I'm sure they do it the last day of orientation...

It is the same way at every trucking company. They get you up there and then start verifying your 10 years employment, take drug test, physical, etc.
A lot of places you're really not hired until you're assigned a truck, or trainer I guess if you're a student. -
you get a conditional job offer when you do the physical... on the condition that you pass it and the training. The last day of orientation is your hire date. Basically once you pass the first day its all down hill from there.
