If you go to Smith & Solomon and want to run the roads doing lots of West Coast, then look at:
Leonard's Express - Home - Leonards Express
Calex Logistics - Calex ISCS - transportation and warehousing in NEPA
SRT - Southern Refrigerated Transport - SRT Trucking Jobs
I've seen all three of these in Las Vegas often. They usually unload in Las Vegas, then go into California to be loaded back to the East Coast.Merilin Thanks this. -

I dropped into Smith and Solomon today. They mentioned Regional, OTR and things are sounding good but I believe it was here that I read they'll tell you anything to get you in the door? 160 hours of training done at my own pace. It can be a month or four months, all depends on how serious I am. I like that and I know it'll take me awhile due to my schedule with work. They also offer permanent job placement which is good. I was left with no help after I graduated college which got me in this position to begin with. Is there anything I should know going in? Any questions I should ask before I sign up?
