I would not worry about an abs light. Chances are good, nobody in Laramie is capable of properly addressing the issue. Probably they would mostly work in a critical situation, light or no light. If the roads are good, get going.

The folks at the Laramie Petro found the problem. The fit on one of the wiring harness connections is a bit loose. They could not repair it in a reasonable timeframe, but a bit of dielectric grease in the connector has resolved the problem in the short term. I'll drop the trailer somewhere for repair after I finish this load.motocross25 Thanks this.

I’m in Memphis, TN delivering a load from Richland, WA and then I’m headed to the house for a week.
3850 miles last week and right at 3000 this week. Turned just under 13k for the month. Time to enjoy a week off.
Shock Therapy, Speed_Drums, Farmerbob1 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Left the house, picking up a load this morning, then headed to Ohio. Got some good news yesterday too. Got a .02 cpm raise. Better than a kick in the pants I reckon.
Vic Firth, Shock Therapy and Farmerbob1 Thank this. -
At the home 20 after finishing up a PA to OH to CA to PA trip.
Frank Speak and Vic Firth Thank this. -
I’m back home. Finished up my last trip in the reefer world. Had a mostly enjoyable time at my reefer gig, but I landed a local gig with a small (25 - 30 trucks) outfit pulling pneumatic bulk trailer.
Looking forward to learning the ropes in the pneumatic world. And, VERY happy to have finally landed what I *think* is going to be a really good local gig with a small, family owned outfit.Farmerbob1, carramrod32 and Shock Therapy Thank this. -
Good for you, I'm happy for you! I've been local for quite some time and really enjoy it.Shock Therapy and Frank Speak Thank this.

Sitting in Las Vegas right now. Just came out of Wyoming. Was not pleased last night. The Espar heater, which I requested to be serviced on my last home time, is still acting up, and getting worse. It would not start at al last night. It didn't get terribly cold, but it was annoying when I woke up.
motocross25, Shock Therapy and carramrod32 Thank this. -
Congrats on the new job, hope you like it

After 8 full days at home I left on Wednesday, picked up a load in Dalhart TX for Elgin IL.
Delivered Friday morning in Elgin and went to Bolingbrook for my pickup.
Dropped the trailer on the yard in Omaha and picked up my already loaded one for one drop in Oakland and two drops in the L.A. area.
Ran 3339 miles in 5 days and will have another 500+ till I'm in L.A.
From 75 degrees at home to 9 degrees in York NE to the 80s in L.A.
Had higher wind gusts in Iowa than Wyoming on this trip.
Some snow showers this morning in the mountains near Salt Lake City but Donner was sunny and warm
BTW, this was on Vail Pass before I went home two weeks ago, first time this winter that I had to chain up!

I got lucky this year and didn’t have to chain up once. I chained up so many times last year, I thought I was going to turn into a chain. LolFarmerbob1 and Shock Therapy Thank this.
